We ship via Canada Post and strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, which means most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. If there are items unavailable or on back order, we will contact you promptly.
Please note that we only ship through Canada Post with a tracked shipping label. We realize this is not the most cost effective if you only require a few small items, as often times this shipping price will outweigh the cost of the item itself. For this matter, we would suggest waiting until enough items are needed in your order, to justify the shipping.
If you would like to have your smaller item orders sent via a non-tracked/non insured option to reduce the shipping price, please give us a call in store (403-995-9719), and we would be happy to arrange something with you.
Please be mindful that if you are having your items sent non-tracked/non-insured, neither the post office or Longview Leather can warranty your order in the event that a package is lost or stolen.
We guarantee all our products and are committed to your satisfaction! Our customers are our most important asset, and if our products do not fulfil your expectations, we would like to be the first to know.
You may return most new, resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your items value.
Due to high shipping costs here in Canada, we do not refund any shipping charges associated with your order, if you decide to return your items.
However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
